| Abstract(esp): | En la búsqueda por aportar académicamente a la construcción participativa y democrática del territorio, y respondiendo a la normativa vigente que promueve la integración municipal, regional, nacional y fronteriza, con fines de competitividad para el desarrollo territorial; se hace latente la urgencia de “formular participativamente lineamientos estratégicos que aporten a la articulación de los municipios que conforman la Subregión Alto Occidente de Caldas en el marco del Desarrollo Regional”, donde se identifiquen procesos y conflictos presentes en los territorios locales y su impacto en el territorio ampliado, y a su vez, las oportunidades y ofertas que éstos ofrecen de manera prospectiva en el marco de imaginarios colectivos por un mejoramiento en la calidad de vida de sus pobladores. |
| Abstract(eng): | In the search to contribute academically to the participatory and democratic construction of the territory, and responding to the current regulations that promote municipal, regional, national and border integration, with the purpose of competitiveness for territorial development; the urgency of "formulating strategic guidelines in a participatory manner that contributes to the articulation of the municipalities that make up the Alto Occidente de Caldas Subregion within the framework of Regional Development" becomes latent, where processes and conflicts present in local territories and their impact on the expanded territory, and in turn, the opportunities and offers that they offer prospectively within the framework of collective imaginations for an improvement in the quality of life of its inhabitants. |
