| dc.description.abstract | Este documento busca identificar en qué estado se encuentran las habilidades argumentativas para la toma de decisiones en los alumnos de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad del Valle, sede Tuluá, que cursan Investigación de mercados. La metodología utilizada comprende la generación de ciertos espacios, momentos y actividades para mejorar y llevar a un nivel superior dichas habilidades argumentativas que parecen ausentes en el ambiente universitario acotado y permitirían una mayor consciencia al momento de tomar decisiones: Unidad didáctica, focus group, y encuesta. Los resultados plantean diferentes posibilidades, entre ellas, que hay un nivel bajo argumentativo en los estudiantes y las conclusiones se generarán con el cumplimento de la unidad didáctica propuesta para llevar a cabo los objetivos. | spa |
| dc.description.abstracteng | This document seeks, firstly, identify the state of argumentative skills for decision-making in business administration students from the Valle University, Tuluá, those who are studying market research. The methodology includes the generation of spaces, moments and activities to improve and bring to a higher level these argumentative skills that seem to be absent in the University environment and allow more awareness at the time of decision-making: Focus group, survey, didactic unit and discussion groups. The results, establish different possibilities, amount them, that there is a low level to argumentative in students and the conclusions with the compliance of the proposed teaching unit to carry out the objectives. | eng |
