dc.description.abstract	Leer es la ruta del comprender para aprender, cuando el ser humano lee fortalece el sentido más preciado de preservación. Leer posibilita habitar en el mundo en una constante traducción de este, leer de manera crítica genera apertura de pensamiento y con esto se logra caminar por la tolerancia. La investigación la lectura crítica: un camino para comprender y aprender tiene como objetivo potenciar la lectura crítica en los estudiantes del grado quinto de la básica primaria de la I.E Cadena Las Playas del municipio de Apartadó; mediante una unidad didáctica conformada por cuatro talleres que constituyen cada una de las secuencias de la misma. La presente investigación es de enfoque cualitativo descriptivo. Se aplicó un instrumento inicial en el que se pretendía identificar el nivel de lectura critica que poseían los estudiantes, a partir de este se diseñó la unidad didáctica en el área de Ciencias Sociales
dc.description.abstracteng	Reading is the path to understanding in order to learn, when a human being reads, it strengthens the most precious sense of preservation. Reading enables one to dwell in the world in a constant translation of it. Reading critically generates open-mindedness, thereby achieving progress towards tolerance. The research titled "Critical Reading: A Way to Understand and Learn" aims to enhance critical reading skills among fifth-grade students at IE Cadena Las Playas in the municipality of Apartadó, through a didactic unit made up of four workshops that constitute each one of the sequences of the same. The present research has a qualitative descriptive approach. An initial instrument was applied in order to identify the level of critical reading that students have, from which the didactic unit was designed in the area of Social Sciences
